    Set in the midst of the Ginger Garden of the Singapore Botanic Gardens, the Halia restaurant has been built with the utmost consideration to the “specialness” of its environment.

    Nestled among tall palm trees, surrounded by the vibrant colours of ginger flowers and the lush foliage of tall tropical plants, the restaurant sits in a spot that is without doubt one of the loveliest in Singapore.

    The Halia’s air-conditioned dining room enables sun-drenched guests to take refuge in the coolness of the interior whilst still enjoying a view of the Garden through its full-glass windows.

    Extending from the dining room is a sheltered elevated wooden deck where guests can lounge and bask in the warmth of the sun whilst enjoying an al-fresco meal or a refreshing draught of beer.

    Come nightfall, Halia is transformed into an intimate and special place, lit only by discreet lamps, candles and the moonlight. A perfect place for a romantic evening, or for a gathering of special friends or business associates, guests are surrounded by the tranquility of the Garden and the beauty of the night.
