The restaurant's theme, 'The Gallery of Taste', has been conceptualized based on the elements from Altro-luogo Aimo e Nadia in Milan, Italy, which create an artistic odyssey for the dining guests. A combination of marble, wood and carpet in light shades of color give the restaurant being like an art gallery. Furthermore, to continue the artistic form of the decor, the ceiling could have a focal point, which dome shaped. During the lunch time, the lighting will lend itself towards a bright interior a capitalized on any natural lighting available and for the dinner time, more subtle lighting will be used to create a more intimate glow of the restaurant, which both give convenience and comfort ambiences.

Ingredients will be chosen with the utmost care, to ensure that the freshest and finest produce are used in the preparation of enticing cuisine served with a stylish presentation.

Glass-encased, the wine cellar is designed to entice the diners of the Italian restaurant with the vast collection of wines that it houses. the piped-in classical music will be played during the hours to tie-in with the artistic direction that restaurant has taken.
