He earned a one year internship at Le Mas due Langustier a one Star Michellin Restaurant in Porquerolles Island located in the southern tip of Provencal coast.

    “ though tempatnya di sebelah jalan raya yang super duper rame (Jln. Senopati), Emilie has that little "hide-out" atmosphere to it. tempat parkirnya emang relatively kecil paling enak bawa supir kesana jadi ga usah repot repot keluar masuk untuk pindahin mobil. i'd recommend telpon dulu untuk reservation sebelom sampe sana karena tempatnya agak kecil. price-tag untuk makanannya juga agak tinggi average-nya 400rb waktu terakhir kesana. wine's collection's superb and the waiters' are really helpful if you're as clueless as ever about wine (: jangan harap untuk BIG meals kalo kesana. serving untuk makananya kecil. overall its a place you would want to visit once in a while for special occasions when you want to splurge on great French cuisines. ”

    “ Resto ini kesannya eksklusif banget. Tempatnya rada nyempil di pinggir jalan dgn board yang kecil n warna yang ngga 'terang'. Pas masuk tempatnya sedang lah.. trus pelayannya banyak n servicenya sangat sangat memuaskan. Makanannya macem2 dan menunya dibagi mnrt waktu.. gw lupa sih brp waktu persisnya cuma ya kalo dtg pas lunch sama pas dinner menunya beda gitu.. gw dtg diantara lunch n dinner gw lupa namanya apa.. perancis bgt nama2nya hahaha.. jd jgn sampe lagi laper banget jam setengah 5 sore trus ngarep steak gede.. krn mnrt menu lom 'waktu'nya makan makanan porsi besar gitu.. jadi laparnya sesuaikan sama waktunya yah... Yang pasti sih krn ini resto Prancis, porsinya imut banget n hiasannya cantik2 semua.. tapi rata2 enak apalagi dressing n sausnya bener2 'chef's special' deh.. untuk dessertnya creme brulle-nya boleh dicoba.. Harganya? Wuih mahal banget deh hahahaha... elite sih... ”
