With the goal to provide a unique dining experience for her customers, Fish & Co. serves all food in a unique Mediterranean style – in a pan! This was an inspiration drawn from the simple practices of South African fisherman; who caught seafood fresh from the seas and cooked them immediately in the pan. This method of presenting freshly cooked fish & seafood meals delights the customers and further enhance the relaxed, friendly and engaging environment which the founders has set out to achieve.
Designed to feel casual, relaxed and inviting, Fish & Co. restaurants exude a cheery and warm ambience, created by the use of vivid tones of orange, yellow and blue colors. Decked out with elements which portray a distinct nautical theme, Fish & Co. seeks to create an environment where the customers can feel at ease and enjoy a good meal with family and friends. A simple, colorful and fresh approach to its design is manifested in all Fish & Co. restaurants and has become a unique personality and charm signature to Fish & Co.
