Bacchus features a unique ambience and focuses on its extensive variety of selected wines while also offering premium spirits, beers and shakers cocktails. Complementing guests wine selections are the Bacchus's exclusive and innovative Tapas menu prepared by the Hotel's Executive Chef, Luca Pezzera.

Offering more than 150 wines from all over the world stored in the temperature-controlled wine cellar, Bacchus current wine list continuously expanding. To meet guests wine preferences, Bacchus offers premium and unique wines by the glass from the cruvinet. These selective wines are also available by the bottle for guests enjoyment in the bar or to take away. Bacchus also offer Wine Tasting Rack, consists of five wines for the initial tasting.

Luca Pezzera, the Executive Chef, has brought his 15 years of experience in hotel industry from several countries. The 35-year-old Italian Chef ensures the consistency in preparing his exclusive creation using freshly selected ingredient to exceed guest expectations.
